Drop in for cocktails and seasonal small plates, settle into the Voodoo Lounge downstairs for pre-drinks, or make a table of it with friends.
Walk-ins are welcome, tables can be reserved, and cocktails and small plates are available throughout our opening hours.
Brighton cocktails with claws
Our house-special Sazerac brings a taste of New Orleans, alongside the classic Hurricane and our Dirty Martini. Voted Brighton's best by Discover magazine.
Then there's the fully loaded Bloody Mary, particularly popular on Sundays. This being The Velvet Crab, ours can arrive adorned with soft-shell crab, fried oyster and shrimp.
And yes, you may find crab claws hanging out of the Dirty Martinis too.

Choose individual dishes or order a selection for the table. We have both sharing and single options, although we think our food is always better shared with friends and family.
